LUCY TORRES unruffled by hubby Richard Gomez’s “kissing scene” with Dawn Zulueta

Congresswoman Lucy Torres-Gomez is a big fan of the Richard Gomez-Dawn Zulueta “love team” and would not give a hoot even if Richard, her real-life husband, kisses Dawn.

Their love team, according to Lucy, is romantic.

Dawn is the real-life wife of Davao del Norte Congressman Anton Lagdameo, grandson of banana magnate Antonio Floirendo.

Lucy said she is an avid viewer not only of ABS-CBN’s most watched TV program, “Walang Hanggan” but also of the timeless tandem of Richard and Dawn .

“It’s really romantic how they did their last film as a love team 20 years ago, and until now Richard’s onscreen chemistry with Dawn is still strong. It’s palpable, and it’s just wonderful,” Lucy said.

Lucy said that she is not jealous over the intimate scenes between Richard and Dawn, Rchard’s former girlfriend

According to Lucy, she understands that Richard is in a business that allows him to kiss other women.

“For me, it’s just work,” Lucy said.

DON ANTONIO FLOIRENDO SR. – Mindanao’s banana magnate dies of pneumonia

DAVAO CITY, Philippines  – Southern Mindanao’s banana magnate Antonio Floirendo Sr. died of pneumonia at the St. Luke’s Medical Center Friday night. He was 96.

Floirendo started the banana export business in the south 50 years ago.

Floirendo, who strongly pushed for the development of Southern Mindanao, was considered among the most influential persons in politics in the region.

His remains will be brought to Davao City tomorrow.

He is survived by his wife Nenita and children, former Davao Norte congressman Antonio Floirendo, Jr., Linda Lagdameo, Maricris Brias, Ricky, Vincent and Marissa.

The Floirendos own the Pearl Farm Beach Resort in Samal Island.

Recently, the Antonio Floirendo Corporation Management Company (Anflocor) entered into a joint venture with the Ayala Group of Companies for the Abreeza shopping mall complex.
